 Pros:
 Cheap alternative to joining a gym, great for small apartments.
 Cons:
 Machine would rock or tilt from time to time while I'm using it.
Bottom Line: I would recommend this to anyone who doesn't want to join a gym, and or have a small apartment. Good way to lose weight.
