All exterior surfaces are made of durable 304 stainless steel, with a #4 finish on the kettle and its supports. The Cleveland KDL-40-T direct steam 40 gallon steam jacketed kettle has a permanently lubricated, self-locking tilting mechanism that saves space. Each kettle leg is 1 5/8" in diameter and is constructed from type 304 stainless steel. The legs feature 3-level adjustable feet and bolt flanges for floor bolting.
